Actually, no, white phosphorus may decompose in the chicken's body to form Phosphine (PH3) but this would not immediately ignite upon contact with air as we see in the video. A better guess is that the chickens have ingested Borane-Tetrahydrofuran which could cause the formation of gaseous hypergolic Diborane (B2H6).
